Add ability to open an Image Lightbox on other parts than the page content

Images added by users can be present in other parts than the page content. An example use case is a panel displaying the images recently added to the wiki (a panel similar to the Twitter panel showing images recently posted by a user, at the top of the right column on desktop layout, eg on @xwikiorg account). For such image sets, it would be useful to add the ability to open an Image Lightbox, like what's already doable for images in the page content itself.
