Move the "watch" button for a page to the page content menu

The "watch page" switch is today displayed under the bell icon, in the global menu, along with watch tree and watch wiki.

However, it concerns the current page, and all other actions concerning the current page are in the "more actions" of the content menu.

Thus, for coherency, it should also be in the content menu..
To be determined: what's the best place for the "watch wiki" switch.
