Toggles aren't displayed as expected when using "Notifications System Filters Preferences" macro

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. As Admin edit a page
      2. Click Insert > Other Macros
      3. Search for Notifications System Filters Preferences Macro
      4. Select it
      5. Click 'Submit'
      6. Click 'Save & View'

      Expected results: The Notifications System Filters Preferences Macro is displayed into the page.

      Actual results: The Toggles under "Is enabled" appear as checkboxes

      On 16.10.2

      Note: Also tested on 16.4.6 and the toggles are displayed as expected
