The actor of an attachment move is not displayed properly in the final page

Reproduction steps:

• upload an attachment
• follow the procedure to move it

Expected result:
The final confirmation page displays the message "The following attachment move operation has been started by U1 on 2022/06/16 10:29." below the title (where U1 is a link to the user page).

Actual results:

The message is "The following attachment move operation has been started by <span class="wikilink"><a href="/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/U1">U1</a></span> on 2022/06/16 10:29." where the html tags are visible to the end user.
