Unknown element [originalMetadataAuthor] warning still displayed when starting XWiki and creating a subwiki

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Start an XWiki 13.10.7 instance (Jetty/HSQLDB)
2. Access the instance from the browser
3. Observe the Java console
4. Create a subwiki
5. Observe the logs in the browser

EXPECTED RESULTS

No warnings/errors are displayed.

ACTUAL RESULTS

When starting the instance, in XWiki console, there is a warning displayed related to DocumentLocaleReader:

2022-06-28 15:53:12,019 [XWiki initialization] WARN  x.f.x.i.i.DocumentLocaleReader - Unknown element [originalMetadataAuthor] at line [32]

Also, when creating a subwiki, in browser logs there is the following warning: 

Unknown element [originalMetadataAuthor] at line [32]

The warning in browser logs at subwiki creation was also present in XWiki 13.10.6.

The issue could not be reproduced on XWiki 13.10.5 or 14.4.1.
