    Description

      This makes those two extensions mandatory on all wikis, which is generally something we try to avoid for XAR extensions.

      This regression was caused by XWIKI-19651 which added xwiki-platform-search-solr-ui as dependency of a JAR extension (xwiki-platform-attachment-picker-webjar).
