CKEditor New Image dialog attach type does not work with xwiki/2.0 syntax

    Description

      The new image dialog inserts a typed link ([[image:attach:blog-post-thumbnail.jpg]]) even for xwiki/2.0 syntax, making the image fail to display.

      Note: this issue only fix the attach type issue on the new image dialog, see XWIKI-20014 for other issues related to typed image links and syntax.
