CKEditor Image dialogs does not warn users when an image type can't be inserted in a given syntax

The old and new image dialogs insert typed image links (e.g., icon: [[image:icon:accept]]) even for syntax that does not support hem (e.g., xwiki/2.0 syntax or markdown).

The UI should prevent users to use these types of images, either by hiding or adding a warning on the UI.
Note: We should find a way to know which syntax support what.

Note: Also need to be patched on Ckeditor contrib extension, please create the corresponding CKEDITOR issue when fixing.

Note 2: The affected versions field must be refined.
