Page title validation message no longer updates on user input

On the create page, for simple users, the validation text for the page title is not updated as the user types, but only when the input loses focus.

How to reproduce:

• click create button, so that the error message is triggered
• type something in the page name input, and keep it focused
• the following will be displayed:

This is a regression, because it worked in 14.4
