Uniformize the image dimensions on insert/update

    Description

      Reproduction steps:

      • Add an image using the inplace editor and set and width and a height
      • Insert the image

      Expected:
      The image should use the width/height values entered.

      Actual:
      The image is displayed with its default dimensions on insert, and displayed with the defined dimensions on view mode

      Note: the same is true on edit (after a save and view), but the previous dimensions are kept instead of the newly defined ones.
