Cannot upload attachments in comments

    Description

      Follow this steps to reproduce:

      • open an existing wiki page for which you have edit right
      • add a comment, uploading an image inside the comment body
      • save the comment => the comment is properly displayed
      • check the attachments tab => the image we just uploaded is missing
      • restart the server or re-login and then check the comment => this time the image appear as missing when the comment is displayed

      This is a regression caused by the introduction of temporary attachments in XWIKI-18810.
