Allow attaching an xobject or an attachment to a translation page

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Set the wiki to be multilingual (with supported languages EN and FR, default language EN)
2. Create a page (e.g. Page1)
3. Translate this page in FR
4. On FR translation page, go to Attachments tab (Pieces Jointes) and upload a file (an image)
5. Observe the History tab entry in FR and in EN

EXPECTED RESULTS

The file is uploaded only in FR translation page (displayed in Pieces Jointes tab) and the corresponding entry is displayed only in FR translation's History tab.

ACTUAL RESULTS

In FR translation, there is no entry in History tab, but the entry related to file upload is in only displayed in EN translation's History, having the Summary "Ajout de l'image..." and the Attachments tab displays that file for both translations.

The use-case is valid for example when there are different translated images that need to be used in each translation.
