Impossible to switch back to 10 entries per page in LiveData after going to 15

Reproduction steps:

• Open the wiki manager page
• On the live data switch to "15" for the number of entries per page
• Once the LD is reloaded, try to switch back to 10 entries per page

Expected result:

• You can select "10" in the select element

Obtained result:

• "10" disappeared you can only select 15 and above

It's apparently a global bug in LD, I reproduced it first in the Change request Live Data, so it can probably be reproduced in other live data. I haven't checked the relation with the actual number of entries.
