CKeditor always saves one picture that was be pasted during editing

Step to reproduce

1. Enable advanced user for admin (or simple user)
2. Navigate to any page
3. Start editing it via CKEditor
4. Capture the screen by web browser (or any instrument)
5. And place it on a page
6. Repeat steps 4 and step 5 several times

Actual Result
If the screen was captured/pasted by the browser, no matter how many you'll paste, only the first one will be displayed (in the Attachment section) and duplicated in other places in the content of a page.
If, after screens from the browser user decide to place screens captured by the system, it will overwrite all existing duplicates with that one (and again Attachment section will have only 1 image).

Expected Result
All captured images are displayed on the page and stored in the Attachment section.
