Adapt Bootstrap's grid system to print media for PDF export

Bootstrap's grid system is defined using pixel units (e.g. small device is defined as having a width between 768px and 992px). This makes perfect sense for screens but it doesn't work well for printing where different units are more appropriate. Moreover, when printing we often use standard paper sizes, so the grid system should probably be defined based on that.
