The like button tooltip is wrong after liking/unliking a page until the page gets reloaded

Steps to reproduce

• Hover a the like button on a page that has not been liked yet: the tooltip shows "Click to like. Number of likes: 0"
• Like the page
• Hover the like button (without reloading the page yet)

Actual result

• The tooltip still displays the same message while it should be updated to "Click to unlike. Number of likes: 1".
