Jobs that have special characters in their ID will not have the job question/answer template executed

Making a request such as this

/xwiki/job/wiki/xwiki/question/filter/converter/confluence+xml/xwiki+instance

 will return `500` because the `plus` symbols will be removed and the lookup for a job with id

['filter', 'converter', 'confluence xml', 'xwiki instance'] 

will fail.

The solution would be to encode the job id before making the request.
