It's possible to receive a RightUpdatedEvent event before the group manager cache is updated

A listener which needs to manipulate users after receiving a RightUpdatedEvent triggered by a group modification might often be in trouble because there is a good chance that the group manager cache is not up to date when it's executed.

This is because the listener in charge of invalidating it might be executed after the current listener.
