Sort the Available Macros by macro id

Currently, the list of macro is displayed for the order in which they are returned by the rendering script service, which is not guaranteed to be stable, and is not meaningful.
It would be easier for user if the order is stable. Therefore, I suggest to sort by ascending macro ids.
