Images pasted from clipboard are attached with 'grafik.png' name on Firefox with German language

Steps to reproduce

1. Access XWiki on Firefox set in German language (I was able to reproduce with only Firefox in German, not required to have the OS (Windows in my case) in German too)
2. restart the Firefox browser after setting the language
3. Edit a page with CKEditor
4. Open an image stored locally on the system and copy it to clipboard or use CTRL+SHIFT+S in Firefox to create a screenshot and copy it
5. Paste it into the XWiki page
6. Click 'Save & View'
7. Observe the  'Attachments' tab

Expected results

The image was added as an attachment with a random name.

Actual results

The image is added with a hardcoded name, 'grafik.png'.

The issue was reproduced only on Firefox (113).
