Don't dispose security cache entries hierarchically when the cache is full

At the moment, when the security cache is full and Infinispan decides to drop an entry, this can trigger cascading disposal of possibly all entries of the security cache. This issues is about implementing a strategy to avoid this by keeping a copy of the (used) hierarchy outside the cache itself, see the Security Cache Redesign for a proposed design.
