Can't upload image using the image Quick Action when in iframe edit mode

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Using an advanced user, open a page in WYSIWYG edit mode.
      2. Type /image and press enter in the editor.
      3. Press enter when the "Upload Image" entry is selected.

      Current result: Nothing happens.

      Expected result: The file picker appears and the user can select, upload and insert an image using it.
