The layouts parameters of the liveData macro is not taken into account

Using layout='cards' or layout='cards,table is expected to

1. only propose the cards layout
2. or, reorder the choices of the layout and make the cards on displayed by default

In all cases the table layout is displayed anyway. In the first case, the table layout is always disabled in the layout choice menu.
