Attachments cannot be filtered by date with before/after filter

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the "Help.Templates" page.
2. In the "More Actions" menu open the "Attachments" viewer.
3. Open the "Filter" panel from the Live Data menu
4. Add a filter on the "Date" column.
5. Select "Before"
6. Select a date that is before the dates that are displayed in the table
7. Click "Apply"

Expected result:

No more attachments are displayed.

Actual result:

All attachments are still displayed.
