Allow 'Edit Macro' configuration box to be opened by default when a macro that needs configuration is inserted through Quick Actions

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit a page with CKEditor
2. Type / to open Quick Actions
3. Search for 'Display' macro
4. Click on it to insert it

Expected results

The macro is inserted and the 'Edit Macro' configuration box is opened, in order to let the user fill the Page parameter.

Actual results

The Display Macro is inserted with an error which can confuse the user:

Failed to execute the [display] macro. Cause: [You must specify a 'reference' parameter pointing to the entity to display.]. Click on this message for details.

The user must double click on the macro to reach the 'Edit Macro' configuration box in order to insert a Page reference, then to click 'Submit'.
