Tmmoreactions and tmedit focus indications are barely visible

The buttons to toggle the dropdowns for more edit modes (advanced user) and more actions do not have a visible focus indicator.

Expected behavior: display a 'blue square' around the button when focused, like their neighbors.

This was reported by a Dataport accessibility audit.
