In multipage PDF export, footnotes starting with the second wiki page exported as PDF are opened in the browser instead of pointing inside the PDF document

Steps to reproduce

1. Export multiple wiki pages (2-3) containing Footnotes in PDF (can be used the attached XAR for easy reproduction)
2. On the exported PDF document, click on the footnotes starting with second wiki page exported

Expected results

The user is directed to the corresponding footnote location on the current PDF document.

Actual results

Starting from the second wiki page onward, clicking the footnotes leads to opening the URL in the browser (they are not internal links anymore).

This was reproduced with Chrome 118, Edge 117, for Firefox there is already XWIKI-20567 opened.

The issue reproduces also on older versions (tested on XWiki 14.10.15), however when tested on XWiki 14.10 the footnotes starting with the second wiki page pointed to the footnotes annotated on the first wiki page in the PDF.
