Ergonomy issue in the insert of attach image popup in WYSIWYG editor

    Description

      In WYSIWYG, when inserting an image, one has to click first on the lowest part of the pop up (upload image ) and then to the top of the pop up (insert/edit image). It's not logical for a beginner, who wants to click first up, and then down.
