Allow users to remove the 'Show Tour' button

In TOUR-9 a button was introduced that allows the user to restart the tour at any time.

If I've performed the actions several times, I need to be able to remove the button, since it does not present any kind of value to me.

Proposal:

• clicking on the button should display a box, allowing me to select more options. .
• one of the options should be: 'Hide this button'. This option should affect only the current user, maybe we can use the browser cache for it.
• another check-box could be present in the App edit area in order to display / hide the button for everybody.
