Allow the company logo to link to an external URL

This functionality is interesting in the case where XWiki is embedded within an application, or a suite of application. In that case, clicking on the logo of the wiki may be used to go back to the main portal of the suite of applications, rather than the home page of the wiki (or the subwiki itself).
