Provide design improvements for access to user profile page

    Description

      Currently, XWiki displays the user profile on the Header and in the sidebar, along with log-in, register and log-out buttons.

      By providing a dedicated user menu and removing it from the sidebar we could simplify the interaction by keeping it in one place only and provide quicker access to subpages (profile, preferences, groups, etc.).

      We could also show it in the sidebar only, but that would hide it too much IMO.

      There's also an inconsistent use of round vs square avatars.
