Migrate NotificationFilterPreferenceLivetableResults to a Live Data source

    Description

      NotificationFilterPreferenceLivetableResults is currently a velocity script than can be used as a Livetable source in Live Data.

      This is not optimal and would be better off as a Java Live Data source.

      See https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/commit/dee9fb1842074caba9df909e18dd12a658ffa4b7 for a wip of the migration.

      The plan would be to migrate the source, and to use it for NotificationsCustomFiltersPreferencesMacro, NotificationsFiltersPreferencesMacro ,and NotificationsSystemFiltersPreferencesMacro before moving NotificationFilterPreferenceLivetableResults to legacy.
