The attachment Gallery picker does not find custom image in multilingual XWiki

Prerequisites:

• Have locally any image
• XWiki has to be multilanguage, I've set Supported languages as English and French with Default language French.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Logged into XWiki ad admin user
2. Navigate to Home page
3. Upload local image into Home page via Attachment section
4. Navigate to any Test pages or Sandnox page
5. Start editing page via CKEditor
6. Click on Image button from CKEditor toolbar menu
7. Switch on Gallery tab from Current page into All pages
8. Start to search or look for recently uploaded image

Actual result

You won't find your uploaded image in Gallery, only built-in XWiki images will be available for selection

Expected result

The custom image is visible and can be found in search results in Gallery

Notes

The issue also is reproducible on XWiki 14.10.13. The issue does not arise if XWiki is not multilingual.
