    Description

      Renaming a page is a commonly requested feature (see http://www.xwiki.com/xwiki/bin/view/Doc/IsThereAWayToRenameAPage)

      We need to:

      1/ Look for backlinks
      2/ Propose changing the links
      3/ Copy the page and keep the history
      4/ Delete the previous one
      5/ Change the links on the backlinks

      This will be dependent on the backlinks feature.
