openoffice.homePath doesn't tolerate accents

Setting a path containing accents in openoffice.homePath (like /home/raph/Téléchargements/lo) fails.

The path is shown with broken UTF-8 accents in the Office importer settings ("/home/raph/Téléchargements/lo") and XWiki fails to start the office server (likely because it's trying to access a path that doesn't exist).
