Reorganize Applications Panel

Replace "+More applications" dropdown and contents with:

• More applications...
• --{}horizontal rule{}--
• Create your own!
• Install new applications

Whereby the "More applications..." link points to the Application Index.

This way all entries in the list of the Applications Panel are plain links. It makes the list more simple and straightforward according to the KISS principle. In a platform that has so incredible much to offer I think this is always the way to go.
