Incorrect saving of annotations when there are special characters (%, *) in the document name

Error 1: Create pages named "1 1" and "1+1". Add an annotation to the page named "1+1". The created annotation will be on a page named "1 1".

Error 2: Сreate a page with a "%" character in the name. The annotation is not added, we get the error "Failed:Server not responding".
