The user profile's activity stream only shows current wiki event

    Description

      To reproduce: create a document on a subwiki and you at your main wiki user profile -> the new document is not listed.

      Which does not make any sense since that activity stream is supposed to list what the user did, and it's not like the user profile had a different view on each wiki...
