Pinned pages markers and action are not displayed from time to time in Nav panel admin ui

To reproduce:

• Go to the "Navigation Panel" admin ui, set a pinned page and save
• Navigation to another admin menu item and come back to "Navigation panel"
• From time to time, the "navigation panel" admin ui doesn't display the pinned page markers nor the pin action.
• The same happens if you stay on the "Navigation panel" admin ui page and click refresh
