Slow loading time when changing the icons theme to Silk in the Icon picker

Steps to reproduce:

1. As Admin click on More application > Create your own!
2. Click on Create Application, set a name, click on the Next Step button
3. In Step 2 Select any fields then click on the Next Step button
4. In Step 3 access the Icon picker
5. Change the icon theme from Font Awesome to Silk

Expected results: The icons are loaded instantly.

Actual results: The loading icon appears and it takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute to show the desired icons.
