xwiki-livedata-vue.umd.min.less is not cached

https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/webjars/wiki%3Axwiki/xwiki-platform-livedata-webjar/16.10.3/xwiki-livedata-vue.umd.min.less?evaluate=true is fetched again every time a liveData is part of the page.

Moving away of require js and use javascript modules + source map instead should help avoiding such issues.
