When the tour dialog opens up, the user is not notified.

In order for this announcement to go well, the usual solution is to add `role-dialog` on the element.

When navigating the content with arrows with screen readers, since it's not a real dialog right now, it's also possible to go outside the dialog, which is unexpected.
