Propose UI improvements to the Attachment selector

The current attachment selector, used when selecting a new profile picture for example, have some usability problems:

• Overall usage is not very clear, the user must spend some time to try to understand what's going on.
• Icons are inconsistent with their usage (x for deleting)
• Icons have inconsistent sizes
• Alignment problems in the list of images
• Layout problems when using on mobile devices
