Document tabs have border between tab label and content

Steps to reproduce:

View any page, look at the tabs below the document.

Expected result:

There is no border between the tab label and the content of the tab:

Actual result:

There is a border between the tab label and the content of the tab:

The cause seems to be this line, introduced by XWIKI-22727.
