'Pinned Child Pages' tab can end up being displayed twice

Steps to reproduce

This is a really weird issue and quite hard to reproduce, I reproduced it on 3 different instances while using XWiki 16.10.6 on Tomcat 9.0.104 (PostgreSQL 17 and Oracle 19c, but I don't think the DB is relevant).

This is how I reproduced it once (it may have been a coincidence, as I didn't reproduce after restart on the same instance):

1. Create an instance of XWiki 16.10.6 using the Distribution Wizard
2. Move/ Rename a page
3. Click on Notifications button, follow the entire wiki and save
4. Click on 'More Actions' > 'Children' on the same page or on another one (e.g. Sandbox or Home)

Expected results

The 'Pinned Child Pages' tab is displayed only once.

Actual results

The 'Pinned Child Pages' tab is displayed twice, one next to another. Both tabs have the same behavior, if one is selected, the other one gets selected as well and vice versa.

Unfollowing the entire wiki has no reverse effect, so do clearing cache and hard refreshes, the tab still remains duplicated.

No errors in JS or XWiki console. After restart it seems the tab is displayed once.

I tried many different steps to reproduce it, but I didn't find a consistent pattern it seems.

Tried also on XWiki 17.3.0 and 16.10.5 and I couldn't reproduce there, but we can't be sure it doesn't reproduce at all, since there is no consistent pattern at this moment.

I will still try to find some consistent steps to reproduce and I will update the issue if the case.
