      Several properties of XWikiPreferences are actually UI elements that would not be placed here if introduced now.

      Therefore, they need to be moved to more relevant places while preserving legacy support.

      This issue targets specifically the meta field, but confirmation_email_content and validation_email_content are also relevant, see XWIKI-23164.
