Add TITLE attribute to links in navigation sidebar

    Description

      It would be a nice improvement for the links in the navigation sidebar to have TITLE attributes containing the full page name, so you'll see it in a tooltip when hovered.  Frequently the titles in the sidebar get truncated and it would help when choosing pages to click on.
