No space between notification preference scope icon and name

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open your user profile
2. Open the "Notifications" entry
3. If no custom filter is listed, add at least one

Expected result:

In the scope column, there is a space between the icon and the name of the scope.

Actual result:

There is no space between the icon and the name of the scope.
