Toggling search facets inserts empty space above the search form

Steps to reproduce:

• Search for anything, like "Sandbox"
• Repeatedly toggle a facet, like the language.

Expected result:

The position of the search form remains unchanged.

Actual result:

Every time a facet is toggled, an empty paragraph is inserted above the search form, moving the search form further down with every click.
