PNG images with transparent background still become black when resized

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Edit a page with CKEditor
      2. Insert a PNG image with a transparent background
      3. Click on the resize handle from the bottom right of the image and drag to resize it
      4. Save the page

      Expected results

      The image is properly displayed.

      Actual results

      The image becomes black, or becomes color inverted in black/white.
